Conference Themes

The conference invites Heads of Colleges to take time out from “business as usual” and to join with other business, community and government leaders to reflect on our practices and to explore new ways of thinking, linking, leading and doing.

‘Re-imagining Residential Colleges’ will explore three key themes: leadership, innovation and resilience in the context of global conditions as they impact on our local communities. Delegates will be challenged to consider ‘leadership’ which embraces the challenges of our time, that understands complexity and that prepares our residents and graduates to undertake meaningful action in their communities.
